Mobility flexability

The practices like Tai Chi & Yoga continue to enhance my life greatly.
My mobility and fluidity are far greater than they were when I paid less attention to these activities.
Flexable in mind & body seem to be the key.
Following the breath with mind and body.
Moving from the core / center of our being.
It is obvious that both the length of life and quality of that life is increased substantially by doing Tai Chi & Yoga every day.
Meditation too, is obviously a core 'daily do' as well.
